We're in the suburbs of NYC and let me tell you, the very first windy day, all the ties that wrap around the bottom wheels ripped off. I have to sew them back on with some sort of thick thread, but i wouldnt be surprised if they ripe again. The cover itself is really nice and thick, but it does no good if it flies off with a mere breeze.
