We got these to replace our "hockey guys" (also great, but plastic sticks break easily) because the metal is a bit more durable for his play. We ended up getting another set of "hockey guys" because the stiga players have a hard time standing on their own.

After buying many of these teams by Stiga, I have found that some are better made than others, what I have seen for sure, is that most of them are well made being the exception those that have to be modified with tools, although I have found a few that did not fit the game pegs easily and had to be tweaked a little.
