I purchased a XXXL for Grandpa in wheelchair for comfort, but even with drawstring as loose as it can, they will be tight. That was the main reason I purchased these pants.

Champion Sports Youth Baseball/Softball Uniform Belt Review

(More customer reviews)I ordered a pair of baseball pants here on Amazon and something told me to order a belt too just in case the pants end up being too big. Sure enough, they came in and they were quite a bit too big for my son and this belt was a lifesaver! I ordered the black so it could be used for multiple years with different colors of uniforms. It seems to be a good quality belt, but we have only used it twice so far for his two games. Better to be safe than sorry, I'm glad I purchased this belt!
