(More customer reviews)This toaster came in a damaged box and appeared like maybe it was a return item. The emblem on the side of the toaster was coming off, and I have to continually press it back on.
The quality of the product itself is not good at all. My $10 toaster from Wal-Mart is way better than this one in quality.
It was a very expensive disappointment. When you pay $40 for a toaster, you are expecting something much better than what we received. Look close at the picture, and you can see how cheap the plastic is that it is made from. I thought it was stainless steel because I didn't look at it very closely.
My husband is also an avid Boston fan. He is saying that the B for Boston is not right. Maybe it is supposed to be right, but when it burns on the bread, he doesn't feel that it represents the Boston logo well. Sorry honey, I really wanted to surprise you with something special.
